1What is Kotle.gr and how can it help my property?
Kotle.gr lets short-term rental properties receive direct bookings from guests, without commission. After adding your property, you can share your site on Social Media and on platforms like WhatsApp or Viber. You can also print the QR code of your site and stick it at the entrance of your property. Guests can book directly from your site, without having to go to another platform.
2Can I try it before paying?
Yes, you can try Pro with a 14-day free trial. After the 14 days, you can upgrade your account to Pro or continue with the free Essential plan.
3I have multiple properties, can I add them all?
Yes, you can add all your properties and present them separately or organize them into groups. Groups consist of at least 2 properties which are displayed on a single page. Each additional property outside the first one is charged 39€/year or 3.99€/month.
4Can the site be connected with the platforms I already use?
Yes, you can add the platforms from which you accept bookings so that their calendars are synchronized with your site. Thus, bookings from your site will block the corresponding dates on these platforms, and vice versa. You can also add these platforms as links on your site, so that guests can navigate to them.
5Do you take a commission on direct bookings I receive from the site?
No commission is taken on direct bookings received from your site.
6Can someone help me create the site?
Yes, you can send a request through the form on the contact page or via email to support@kotle.gr, so that we create the site for you. This service is provided with an additional one-time cost of 40€ per property.
7I already have a website, how can Kotle.gr help me?
You can keep your existing website and use Kotle.gr as a booking system, by embedding it using one line of code (iframe).
